A 30 minute beginner friendly yoga practice adapted for individuals with spine fusions or who need more back and spine attention.
The first 10 minutes of the class begins on the back with guided mindful breath awareness and gentle hip/ leg stretches. This is followed by dynamic movement on hands and knees with the option for a downward dog flow. Class moves into isometric back body strengthening postures followed by basic standing postures.
Class concludes with restorative relaxation postures.
