A Restorative Yoga Class for Healing

This is a guided Restorative yoga class suitable for all levels, beginners, and those with multi-level spine fusions or general back care issues. It is a quiet and restful practice that uses props and support to allow the body to rest in positions of comfort in order to down-regulate the nervous system.

This is a practice to rebalance the nervous system, create safe spaces in the body/mind to be present, and provide support for releasing of muscle tension, stress, or fatigue.

You will need 3 blankets for this practice.

Julie is a licensed Occupational Therapist and certified yoga therapist specializing in spinal fusions.

She is the founder of Forever Fused, a global community for support, resources, and information on living well after scoliosis surgery.

She provides private and online consultation to educate and encourage others through the use of adaptive yoga and movement education.
