This is a guided Restorative yoga class suitable for all levels, beginners, and those with multi-level spine fusions or general back care issues. It is a quiet and restful practice that uses props and support to allow the body to rest in positions of comfort in order to down-regulate the nervous system.
This is a practice to rebalance the nervous system, create safe spaces in the body/mind to be present, and provide support for releasing of muscle tension, stress, or fatigue.
You will need 3 blankets for this practice.
