By request, a 50 minute alignment based yoga class accessible for long spinal fusions. You can expect adapted yoga teachings, breath guided movement sequences, and stability based postures. We take out all the twists, backbends, and deep forward/side bends for a fusion friendly practice.
Appropriate for active all level fusions including fusions to the sacrum. Please make sure your doctor has cleared you for physical activity, and as always, this course is not a substitute for medical advice, physical therapy, or direct and individualized yoga therapy.
